#3 You Don't Work Well With Others

If you are still training solo you are missing out.

There is something magic about training with a dedicated group of people. It brings the best out of everyone.

The group setting is excellent for doing things you hate, and for me that is the warm-up. I can't stand to warm-up. I don't know why, but every time I show up at the gym ready to train, that damn warm-up seems like climbing Mt. Everest.

Logically, I know all the reasons for a good warm-up, from injury stoppage to addition performance. But when I train alone I can't decree if I would rather do my warm-up or pop a morbidly obese man's butt boil with the compass I used in high school.

But the astonishing thing is that in a group, the warm-up is no big deal for me. The warm-up is no different, I am doing the same exercises, but somehow it is just better.

So take advantage of the group dynamic, there is a lot of power there. Either that means dragging you in because you don't want to look like a wuss in front of the group for not showing up, or if you like the company and just like to be a chatty Kathy while you train. anyone it takes to get you in there, do it.

You are not decisive.

I am talking about guys who have a clear aim, but their goals switch back and forth so quick from gaining to leaning out, that they never go anywhere.

These guys begin there "bulk phase," but then 3 weeks in they start to observation a bit of fat forming, so instead just manufacture some adjustments to their diet but chronic on with their goal, they straight away switch to a fat loss program.

Problem is, after they lose a puny fat they feel too skinny again and the cycle repeats itself. These guys are perpetually stuck in limbo and never quite form out which way to go.

Quick easy cure for these folks is to make a plan and stick to it. Put a punishment or a repaymen at the end of a time duration if you don't consequent through.
